Summary

This notification extends the time limit for furnishing the return by a non-resident taxable person in FORM GSTR-5. The extension applies to the months of July, August, September, and October 2017, with the due date extended till 11 December 2017. It is issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and related rules.
